Operated as an independent subcontractor providing project management services to high-end home builders (spec and custom).  Service includes:

• Generate construction budgets and tracking same versus actual costs.

• Generate construction schedules and tracking same versus actual production.

• Generate Scopes of Work and using same to solicit and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Supervised and coordinated all aspects of on-site home construction including material delivery, subcontractor scheduling, public utility installations and municipal inspections.

• Acted as primary liaison with buyers and homeowners regarding project status, product selection, change orders and payments.

Northeast Builders Supply Inc.  -  2010 to 2012

Estimating Department Coordinator (March 2012 - June 2013)

• Department liaison to all sales staff and their contractor accounts.

• Inbound project estimate requests from all retail locations and oversaw department staff production of same.

• Developed and launched systems for project profiling, project structural analysis, product pricing and department scheduling.

Building Materials Sales Coordinator (September 2010 - March 2012)

• Drawing on personal and technical experience as a contractor functioned as a “Project Consultant” to primarily contractor customers.

• Assisted in estimating & auditing costs, product selection & ordering, structural assessments and RFIs. With no existing house accounts provided, the first full fiscal year (2011) in this capacity yielded $1.3 million in sales, all generated from 23 new accounts.

Additional functions included; In-House Lepage architectural rep (resulting in window awards totaling $500,000), and company representative to the HBRA of Fairfield County.
